What happened
Ai2 has introduced ToyBlocks, an open simulation framework built around a robot arm and tabletop blocks designed to study robot learning and evaluation in a controlled environment. The platform automatically generates tasks and training demonstrations without teleoperation, enabling researchers to systematically test how vision-language and action models generalize and plan.
